Yes, we ask that you book your tour in advance so that we can know a group size in advance. If necessary, we can split the group to ensure everyone's comfort.
Booking is also beneficial for you as it provides you with detailed instructions on how to reach the meeting point and a map with a geo-tag.
As truly affiliated guides, we make tours in rain, snow, heat and wind. In case of bad weather, we often take our guests indoors and offer some affordable and delicious cold or hot drinks depending on weather.
Bear in mind that the tours take place outside. That is why we kindly ask you to dress according to weather forecasts.
There's no need to pay for the tour in advance; you can do so directly with our guide before the tour. We accept cash, bank transfer, or online payment.
Advance payment is required only for private tours, with a minimum amount of 20% of the price.
We make tours even for one person, and in any weather.
You can print the confirmation letter for your convenience – it contains detailed instructions on how to get to the meeting point. However, it’s ok if you just tell your name to the guide.
All our guides meet guests 10 minutes before the start of the tour with a signature white umbrella. If you can't see the guide, please call the local WhatsApp number +381628779555, and our manager will assist you promptly.
All our guides have experience and enjoy working with children, so even the little tourists will have a great time. We recommend the tours for children aged 7 and older. Children under 7 do not need a ticket. For children under 14 the price is Euro 25 for group tours (please bring your child's ID).
We kindly ask you to arrive at the meeting point 5-10 minutes before a tour starts. However, we understand that things happen. The guide stays at the meeting point for about 15 minutes after the tour begins, holding a white umbrella, so you can still join the group.

Please note that after the tour begins, the guide cannot answer calls or messages, as their full attention is on the guests.
If you're more than 15 minutes late, we recommend rescheduling the tour for another day, which you can do via email or phone.
All our tours go at a relaxed pace and don't require any special equipment. Still we recommend to put on comfortable footwear. Our guide always considers the individual needs of the tourists, adjusting the route and walking speed to ensure everyone is comfortable.
